There is a special development program for our managers, which is adapted to changing requirements every year.

The establishment of the management development program has always been an enrichment for all our employees. This is also reflected in the feedback we receive from participants and experienced managers. The specified goals, such as ensuring that management positions are filled, specifically increasing management quality and retaining high-potential employees, have been successfully advanced as part of the personnel development program.
