This is where the strategic planning of quality management in the care sector and advice for the companies is provided. In addition, the companies / locations are supported by trained and permanently appointed quality officers as required, who audit them annually and provide ongoing advice.
There is a standardized manual for our company. Part of this manual is the quality management manual for nursing care, which regulates and organizes the nursing care processes. The care handbook is divided into a handbook chapter that applies to the entire organization and an individual section for each location. The most important overarching care processes are regulated there in procedural instructions that apply to all companies. Suggestions from the various locations are taken on board and worked on together. Once approved, the process specifications are implemented locally.
